For local shipment, our third-party courier, RoadBull, will contact you directly regarding delivery timing. Deliveries will be made between Mon - Sat, 9am - 10pm. For specific delivery timing requests, please kindly direct them to email@example.com. Additional charges may apply.

Self Collection (Within Singapore Only)
We currently offer free self-collection services at the following locations:
- Naiise Iconic @ Jewel (Jewel Changi Airport, #02-205/206), from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily,
- Naiise @ I12 Katong (I12 Katong, #01-31/32), from 12p.m. to 9p.m. daily,
- Naiise @ Wisma Atria (Wisma Atria, #03-24 to 29), from 12p.m. to 9p.m. daily.
- Naiise @ Suntec City (Suntec City, West Wing, #02-334/335), from 12p.m. to 9p.m. daily.
- Naiise @ Paya Lebar Quarter (Paya Lebar Quarter, #03-14), from 12p.m. to 9p.m. daily.
Once your order has reached our store, you will receive a text notifying you that it is ready for self-collection. Please only head down for collection after you have received confirmation text from us.

Please kindly note that:
- For Self-Collection orders consisting of perishable items (beauty & grooming, food, beverages, items with expiry dates), we will only be able to hold your order at the store for 1 week; beyond 1 week, your order will be diverted back to our warehouse and our Customer Service team will contact you for additional collection / shipping arrangement
- For Self-Collection orders not consisting of perishable items, we will only be able to hold your order at the store for 4 weeks; beyond 4 weeks, your order will be diverted back to our warehouse and our Customer Service team will contact you for additional collection / shipping arrangement
- After your order has been diverted back to our Warehouse and if your order is still uncollected after 22 days, your order will be deemed as fulfilled and we will be indemnified from any liability or obligation regarding your order. Any payments made will be deemed final and non-refundable.
Overseas Shipping Charges
Naiise currently ships to all countries, except Russia. We work DHL Express to safely deliver your order to your doorstep. Due to some limitations, we may not be able to ship certain items such as food and bulky items. If you have any questions about the shipping eligibility of any product, do drop us an email at email@example.com. Naiise reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.
Overseas shipping restrictions may apply for food, beauty & grooming and bulky items. Should your order is unable to be shipped to your country or requires additional shipping charges, our customer service officer will contact you shortly.
Do note that import tax might be incurred when the parcel reaches your local customs. Payment of import tax is to be made by consumers to their local customs.
